My passion for floral arrangements, balloons, gift baskets, and event décor began years ago in Haiti, where I worked in an event store helping create beautiful celebrations, from inflating balloons to designing decorations for special moments. I quickly discovered how much joy and meaning can come from creating something beautiful for others.

 

When I moved to the United States, I carried that passion with me. What started as a creative hobby and a dream slowly grew into a vision bigger than myself, turning my love for celebration into a business that helps people make memories they will never forget.

 

Today, Shine Festi Décor specializes in luxury flowers and arrangements, elegant gift baskets, balloons, décor, and custom event styling designed with love, creativity, and attention to detail. Every arrangement is more than just décor to me. It’s a way to bring happiness, love, and beauty into someone’s special moment.
